"Gawd only knows what category the German band S/T consider themselves to belong to - "art-psych" perhaps - but their surreal little debut 10" release on the Lone Starfighter label ( PO Box 500033, San Antonio, Texas 78250 USA ) features diverse psychedelic elements which should appeal to a broad spectrum. Of the 4 songs on this fabulously packaged creation with its mindbending artwork by Joachim Gaertner of Get Happy Records, the opening "Airkraut" is far and away the strongest cut: the rhythms of the Wurlitzer dance around a hypnotic beat whilst a spaced-out vocal takes Mankind’s first steps - manis stuff indeed, and highly recommended by yours truly."
